Emily Hearts Cute Dresses

I saw that one of my best friends was wearing this Wallis dress the other day for a wedding that she went to and she looked so pretty. I love the floral print,  the little black bow belt that comes with it and  it is so cute for the time of year. I had a little look at other similar dresses that could be nice for special events and occasions for this time of year and I came across these lovely dresses from Oasis.   The black bird and Orchid dress is £40 and is the current seasons collection. I tried this on the other day in a shop near me and it looked so cute. The material is lovely,  it has a tie that pulls the dress in at the waist to make it a bit more feminine.  The pink and black goes so well together as the colours are so vivid. The white oriental birdcage dress is just so lovely and a bargain in the sale at £30 too. A similar dress as the black bird and orchid dress with the lace shoulders and the high neck line but it has these gorgeous white birds and birdcages on with the most beautiful bright fuschia pink with royal blue accenting the birds and bird cages. A most lovely combination that again has the tie around the waist. The great thing about all three of these dresses is that you can dress them up with a jacket and some heels and a nice bag or dress them down with a pair of flats and a cardi and they all still look great. Will you be taking a trip to the shops to check out cute dresses? Happy Shopping!

    Hello Emily!
The Wallis dress is absolutely gorgeous, I agree! Such a cute modern take on a vintage 1950s tea dress. I’m a little bit in love with boat neck dresses with a hint of vintage, so I think I probably would have worn this one too! Love your updated options too – the hint of oriental with the birdcages and the winter florals of the other dress are perfect for AW13!
