The Daisy Cup Cafe and Florist is a little cafe tucked away in a really lovely part of Colchester on St. Isaacs walk. I come here when I need a creative environment to get some work done or to meet with a friend for a pot of tea a piece of cake. It never fails to bring a little sunshine into my day. The prices are really great and I can spend hours here on the internet writing. The staff are really friendly, the food is great and there’s a wide selection of drinks including alcoholic ones too. The quirky decor begins as soon as you come into the cafe, and when you walk to the counter to order food you’ll notice that the floor is covered in fake grass and flowers. There’s mismatched furniture with bright cushions and amazing art on the wall. The cafe is always bursting with people talking and eating, but it’s never too noisy. The best thing about The Daisy Cup isn’t just a name, it’s actually a florist too. They sell lots of pretty flowers so it always smells amazing inside. They also sell lots of little trinkets and candles that would be perfect gifts for the special times in peoples life or just to brighten someones day. Perfect! Have you been to The Daisy Cup or is there somewhere near you that is similar that you love to go? Happy shopping!
