Sunday Nails: Champneys Nail polish

photo-42 I’m really loving Champneys at the moment. I was given a set by my best friend and I’m slowly trying out all of the colours and am amazed at the outcome. The clear base and top coat is especially amazing and my manicure always lasts longer than with other base and top coats that I have tried too. It lasts quite a few days without even a chip which is quite something for me. This time, I tried the bright coral called Flamingo from this same set. Like the others that I have tried, it looks great after just one coat  and is a bargain at just £5. It’s lovely colour and it brightens up my outfit and brings a smile to my face too. Have you tried any Champneys colours? Let me know what you think in the comments below. Happy Shopping!

Nail Polish by H&M

photo-30 Serenity Now Nail Polish I was in H&M yesterday, checking out the new products that had recently come in and I came across this beautiful nail polish. Blue isn’t a colour I have experimented with much but this cobalt blue is bright and so gorgeous. It’s also very similar to Chanel Vibrato 665 which has just been released and is a colour everyone is loving at the moment. I just had buy it. It needs a few coats but it looks gorgeous on and teamed with a T-shirt and Jacket this really stands out and makes an outfit pop. It’s £2.99 from H&M from your nearest store. Let me know if you buy this or have already got this colour in the comments below. Happy Shopping!

Champneys Nail Polishes!

Champneys Nail Polish in Raspberry

I was recently given a set of Champneys nail polishes from one of my best friends and this gorgeous colour was the first one that I chose to try from the set. It’s called Raspberry and this really does describe and encapture the deep pink colour that this nail polish is. I applied it with a base coat of Champneys base and topcoat, a clear polish for the colour to go on. It dried well and amazingly fast too. Next up was the Raspberry and this surprised me a lot. One coat of this beautiful colour and it was opaque and streak free. It says on the bottle to apply two coats but it really didn’t need it.  When I had to go back over a nail because I’d annoyingly smudged it, I found myself wishing I had taken it off and started again as it was overloaded. Eek! I then popped the daylight curing topcoat on and it’s already lasted a week. Bonus! This is a new fabulous find and I’m really excited to try more of these colours to see if they’re all like this. Here’s hoping! These colours are £5 each on the Champneys site or you can buy several different sets at boots.  Let me know if you have tried these nail polishes too and what you think of them in the comments below. Emily Hearts Zoya Nail Polishes

unnamed     unnamed-1   Zoya is a brand that I have wanted to try for a long time as I’ve heard great things about their products.  I love these two nail colours in Wendy and Harper that I was sent recently. I’ve just tried the sparkly pink colour named Harper and this is a particular favourite so far. It lasted a long time, it looked great and all of the polishes from Zoya are Sulphate free which is a bonus for me. The Harper polish does take a little while to take off though being glitter but this doesn’t stop me from liking the look of the glitter nail polishes in general and I particularly have my eye on a few of the polishes from the Zoya pixie dust range. I look forward to trying more Zoya nail polishes in the future. Have you tried any Zoya colours? Will you be trying any of the Zoya nail polishes? Let me know in the comments below. Happy Shopping!
